When you are very busy working on your sites or developing your web applications, you hardly have time to keep track of what is going on with the VPS – if it’s overloaded or whether all the tasks are running okay. With our Administration Services package, we will do this for you. Your server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring software system and anytime there is a trace of a trouble, our skilled engineers will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the simplest job in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your PC, or, alternatively arrange a 3rd–party software. We offer a far easier option with our Administration Services package. We will make a complete backup copy of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any key data. And we can always restore a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up particular software programs on it. And if this sounds like something too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Administration Services package, is the right solution for you. With it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our qualified sysadmins who will install and configure any software package or resolve any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an optional feature.
